Overview PM Group are undertaking a significant HR transformation and are seeking to build additional capability and resilience within their HR function. We are looking for a highly experienced HR Operations & Systems professional to support the HR Systems Manager, strengthen delivery capacity, and provide operational continuity. Working as an embedded member of the HR team, the successful candidate will join PM Group for the duration of the secondment and will play a key role in supporting HR operations, HR systems, transformation and on-going project activity. Responsibilities Act as deputy to the HR Systems Manager, including backfill during absence, in delivering the ongoing STEP HR transformation programme from an operational and business perspective Translate HR operational requirements into clear system and process inputs & ensure the project delivers continuity across core HR processes Work closely with HR, Payroll, Digital, and other internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on functional requirements and required outcomes and issue resolution Provide configuration support, support SIT & UAT testing, issue resolution, and data validation Support change, adoption, and stabilisation of HR systems post-implementation Qualifications Essential requirements: Experience of SAP SuccessFactors - strong understanding of features, functionality and configurability Minimum 8 years' plus experience across a mix of HR consulting and in-house HR roles Strong hands-on HR Operations experience, with exposure to day-to-day HR processes Proven experience working through HR transformation initiatives (e.g. HRIS implementations, operating model change, major process redesign) Strong technical awareness of HR systems, with experience working alongside HRIS / HR Systems teams Experience operating confidently in a client-side or internal HR role, not purely advisory Experience in complex, multi-country or matrix organisations Highly desirable: Experience implementation of SAP SuccessFactors or other ERP HR systems either on client side or consultant side Experience supporting or partnering with an HR Systems / HRIS Manager Skills & Attributes Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and comfortable working at both operational and programme level Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with credibility across HR, IDigital, and leadership teams Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into a key dependency role Trusted, discreet, and professional in handling sensitive HR matters Highly organised with excellent communication and reporting skills Why This Role?
