Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximise revenue. * Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building. Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process. * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution. Sales Process Management: * Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up. * Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles. * Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Requirements: * Must have proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships. * Valid full and clean driver's license.
