INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Site Engineer Project New Build Residential Job Location Dublin (West) Salary €45 K - €65 K + package About the Company Leading Main Contractor with a reputation for delivering interesting and across Ireland valued up to €500 M They require a site engineer for a new high-rise development in Dublin City with 15+ storey long term work in the area for an enthusiastic engineer who wants to work as part of a team to deliver high quality projects. They are keen to chat to engineers with2+ years experience setting out in the Irish Construction Industry setting out for building projects residential projects would be preferred but not essential Also open to chatting to strong senior engineers with technical knowledge of high rise and rc frame builds. The Role Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. Performing checks on the quality of works completed to ensure works are done to a high standard. Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning of daily tasks for the project. Supervise trades on site and act as a point of contact for subbies, architect and client. Ensure H&S standards are met and adhered to on site. Support the Project Manager and Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel. Requirements A Degree in Construction Management & Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline. 2+ Experience with a Main Contractor in ROI Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
