IT Infrastructure Specialist
We're looking for a seasoned IT professional to manage and maintain our organisation's IT infrastructure.
* Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune and conditional access.
* Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure, including Remote Desktop Services.
* Manage and maintain Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
* Monitor and support virtual infrastructure; experience with VMware is advantageous.
* Maintain and implement firewall configurations, including rule sets and VLANs.
* Support endpoint and network security, backup processes, patching, and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure. Proficiency in VMware and FortiSuite solutions is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
