About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive professional to join our team in Dublin. This role supports the Group Compliance Manager, combining elements of HR administration, Health & Safety coordination, and ISO standards compliance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and is looking to contribute across several key business areas.
Key Responsibilities
While a detailed breakdown of duties in HR and Health & Safety will be provided, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and updating ISO documentation and compliance records.
* Supporting the preparation and coordination of annual ISO audits.
* Assisting with implementing any changes or improvements to ISO processes and procedures.
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards.
Administrative Support
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Group Compliance Manager, maintaining accurate records and assisting with internal reporting requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a compliance, HR, H&S, or ISO-related role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Confident communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
