Human Resource Specialist Role
This is a fully onsite opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will partner closely with managers to deliver strategic solutions that support organisational goals and enhance employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to align business objectives with organisational needs.
* Employee Support: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters including performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance procedures.
* Talent Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
* Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and guidelines in line with employment legislation and organisational requirements.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline, CIPD accreditation, and at least 5 years experience in an HR role.
