Selling cable glands, cable management solutions, and tooling to end-users like panel builders, M&E Contractors, OEMs, and Cable Harness businesses requires strong sales skills. This role involves overseeing the sales team across 32 counties, managing a portfolio of key accounts with three core distribution players in the area.
The Job:
You will work closely with marketing, customer service, inside sales, and product managers within the UK manufacturing site and Irish support team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
* B2B field sales track record in the electrical sector.
* Leadership or people management experience.
* Understanding of the sales process with distribution partners and end users.
* Coffee/mentoring experience.
* Professional approach required.
A full and clean driving license is necessary for this position.
