Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with diverse client groups
* Leaving certificate standard qualification or equivalent
* Minimum of one year's experience in a recruitment, sales, training, or customer-facing role
