Job Description:
As a key member of the Directorate Management Team, you will support the Directorate ADON in delivering strategic development, operational management and leadership for Endoscopy nursing services.
This role is within the Ambulatory & Medical directorate. The Clinical Nurse Manager 3 position involves leading on the delivery of access, patient flow and ensuring standards of patient care are delivered in line with best practice.
1. Lead transformational leadership and innovation to ensure patient dignity and respect is at the core of all services provided
2. Work in partnership with Business managers, clinical lead and other stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives
3. Develop staff members working within the clinical environment to be fully engaged in change management and service improvement projects
