HR Business Partner Role
A highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner is required to join a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.
* The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the business, supporting operational teams across various HR matters including recruitment, absence management, and employee well-being.
* They will also manage and coach managers through employee relations cases, including grievance, disciplinary, and performance matters, with a strong understanding of unionised environments and collective agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with operational teams to deliver HR solutions that drive organisational success.
2. Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
3. Develop and implement performance management processes that drive accountability and development.
4. Collaborate with union representatives to ensure effective consultation and negotiation processes.
Requirements:
* CIPD-accredited degree or master's in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
* Strong background in generalist HR with significant experience in a unionised environment.
* Proven ability to handle complex employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coach at all levels.
