This position focuses on indirect procurement categories, particularly IT and Professional Services, and plays a pivotal role in managing strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering value across the organisation.Key Responsibilities* Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes for indirect categories, primarily IT (hardware, software, services) and Professional Services.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.* Conduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, RFPs/RFIs, negotiations, and contract management.* Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and risk mitigation initiatives.* Maintain strong governance and compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.* Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement practices, tools, and processes.Ideal Candidate Profile* Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with a focus on indirect categories such as IT and Professional Services.* Previous experience in the financial services industry is a distinct advantage.* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities, with a proven ability to influence and engage at all levels.* Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.* Knowledge of procurement tools/systems and best practices.
