Job Overview:

About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Care or a related field, as well as eligibility to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
A minimum of two years' experience in management is required, with responsibility for a team and knowledge of current legislation and regulations in the Social Care Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of employees and coordinating their work.
2. Overseeing the implementation and development of support/care plans and PCP's.
3. Ensuring that support is delivered according to individual PCP's and care plans.
4. Developing and implementing services to meet the needs of individuals with autism.
Requirements:
* Full Degree in Social Care/Studies or Relevant 3rd Level Qualification.
* Eligibility to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
* Two years' experience in management with responsibility for a team.
* Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* A full driver's licence.
