HR Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering recruitment and employee relations strategies that drive business results.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Function Oversight: Lead the recruitment process for internal and external positions, utilizing best practices and industry-recognized tools.
2. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective recruitment campaigns that reach a diverse pool of candidates.
3. Event Representation: Attend and represent the organization at internal and external recruitment events, promoting our employer brand and attracting top talent.
4. Employee Engagement: Assist in managing internal social events and activities, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Compliance Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all aspects of HR operations.
6. Disciplinary Processes: Provide support with employment relation issues and oversee disciplinary procedures as needed.
7. Payroll Administration: Oversee the fortnightly payroll process, providing support to the finance team as required.
8. Staff Development: Support staff uniform management and training functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
9. Reporting and Record-Keeping: Generate monthly reports and maintain accurate employee HR records.
