Staff Grade Psychologist - Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with the HSE are seeking a Staff grade psychologist to join the team in Dublin South Primary Care Services, Le Chéile Child and Adolescent Project

The Role:

* Psychologist Staff Grade
* Full Time 35 Hours per week
* 6 Months
* Based in Dun Laoghaire Health Centre, Top Floor Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre, George's Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
* This job involves working as part of a Level 2 Enhanced Multidisciplinary team working with children with complex needs.
* This enhanced MDT consists of Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and a project co-ordinator
* This project is supporting the delivery of a number of interconnected MDT initiatives. These include: working with parents and young people through MDT consultation clinics, integrated MDT assessment, formulation and intervention services

The Candidate:

* A post graduate qualification in clinical, counselling or educational psychology is required
* If professional training was undertaken outside the Republic Ireland, a statement of equivalence from the validation unit of the department of health is required at the time of application.
* Experience of working with children with mental health and developmental needs is required as is experience of multidisciplinary working
* Candidate must be living and eligible to work in Ireland- we do not sponsor visa's
