They are currently looking for a Director / Associate director to join their team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of high-profile national and international projects for leading private and public sector clients.Base pay rangeThis range is provided by Macdonald & Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.ResponsibilitiesLead projects and teams of project managers through all stages, including design, planning, construction, commissioning, and handover.Lead the Project Management Team, coordinate and chair project meetings, and prepare all necessary deliverables like Project Management Plans and programs.Provide initial programme, project briefs, and cost advice to clients, manage contractor and consultant appointments, and ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, programme, and budgets.Be client facing and visit active sites to monitor progress and compile clear, professional reports.QualificationsDegree in Construction, Engineering, Building Surveying, or Project ManagementAt least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally on Civil Infrastructure projectsStrong technical knowledge of construction documentation, financials, and methodologies; proven experience delivering and managing multiple projects concurrentlyExperience with private and public sector clients, including public procurement processes (desirable)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills; ability to manage staff, multitask, and work effectively under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office; scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project (ideally)How to applyPlease share a copy of your CV to rhughes@macdonaldandcompany.com if you would be interested in this roleJob detailsSeniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project ManagementIndustries: Real Estate, Civil Engineering, and ConstructionLocation: Dublin, Ireland
