Our trusted team members operate in more than 130 sites, ranging from residential care HIQA-registered facilities to post-acute rehabilitation centres. We also provide bespoke services in the acute private hospital setting and within clients' homes.
We are now seeking a professional, proactive, and exceptionally organised Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis at one of our key Locations in Limerick City.
This role is central to supporting the smooth running of administrative and front-of-house operations within a busy hospital environment. While previous experience in healthcare administration is an advantage, it is not essential.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls and direct queries to the appropriate team members
* Support day-to-day administrative tasks for clinical and management teams
* Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings
* Prepare meeting rooms and ensure supplies are maintained
* Assist with expense tracking, record updates, and small internal orders
* Liaise with external suppliers and hospital service providers
* Assist with travel logistics and diary support for senior staff when required
* Support onboarding administration and basic compliance checks for new staff
* Assist in organising internal events such as meetings, training sessions, and staff gatherings
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous healthcare or hospital administration experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* Comfortable working independently and proactively
* Flexibility to work agreed part-time hours on a permanent basis
