FM Site Manager – Wexford
This full-time permanent role will take ownership of the operational management and delivery of all facilities management services delivered within the Schools PPP contract in Wexford.
Key Accountabilities
Manage excellent relationships with our client, suppliers and partners.
Ensure operational aspects of the region are delivered in accordance with the SLA, including a programme of qualitative checks and controlled measures, and rectify deviations to maximise profitable growth.
Maintain compliance with all statutory, IMS, security and relevant company and client policies, fostering a healthy safety culture.
Lead, recruit, develop and retain staff to deliver services efficiently.
Manage people resources to meet service requirements.
Integrate a Continuous Improvement Process into service delivery, adding value to business and client.
Organise and facilitate regular Customer Forums and meetings with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver planned and reactive tasks effectively.
Support customer and company audits to achieve optimum results.
Establish monitoring and control systems to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise complaints.
Analyse budgetary information to support annual and monthly forecasting.
Ensure records are held and updated as required.
Requirements & Experience
Background in M&E; ability to perform physical work to assist the site team.
People-management skills with experience in staff training, development, recognition and reward.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of CAFM, BMS systems and Maximo software.
Desirable: experience as an outsourced provider of IFM.
Health & Safety awareness – IOSH/NEBOSH advantage.
Understanding of Quality Systems (e.g., ISO ****).
Strong understanding of FM/Building/M&E services.
Financial & budgetary awareness (labour & subcontractors).
Experience in Asset Management.
Competence in compiling weekly and monthly reporting (e.g., Energy Management).
