Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their top-tier Employment Law Group. You will have the chance to advise on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters. The firm's clients include those in the corporate, financial and business sectors as well as a range of government entities and state and statutory bodies.

* Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters
* Work with clients from diverse sectors including corporate, financial, and government entities
What you'll do:
* Advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures
* Addressing full range of HR-related legal queries
* Conducting investigations in respect of protected disclosures
* Advising on labour-related matters in corporate transactions
* Handling employment-related litigation before various commissions and courts
* Advising on transfer of undertakings
* Preparing and delivering presentations on areas of employment law
* Engaging proactively on business development activities
What you bring:
* 5+ years PQE gained in either Ireland or the UK
* Strong experience in all aspects of contentious, advisory and transactional employment law
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making
* Capability to multi-task and manage client needs consistently
* Genuine passion for business development
* Keen interest in maintaining, developing and sharing relevant legal knowledge
