We are working with a leading property management service provider seeking an experienced residential property manager.
This company has an outstanding reputation in the Irish property sector, recently winning a new portfolio of business. They are passionate about providing excellent service to stakeholders and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of residential developments, overseeing administration, client queries, credit control issues, and liaison with operations, accounts, and insurance departments.
* Conduct site visits, monitor Service Level Agreements, and implement project work required by directors/developers/committees.
* Budget preparation, expenditure control, and coordination of activities.
* Represent the company at board meetings and interpret goals and objectives to resolve problems.
Requirements
* Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognised organisation within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management skills in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
