DescriptionSummary of RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide a superior claims service to your nominated client portfolio and to always protect your clients' best interests, while achieving the best possible outcome for all claims. This will be embodied through achieving the highest standards of customer care, efficiency, compliance and Teamwork.As a Claims handler, you will be responsible for handling liability claims for our corporate clients. You will work closely with insurers and other specialists and service providers to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients. Responsibilities will include managing claims on a day-to-day basis and ensuring a high standard of technical quality and communication is maintained throughout the claims process.
