Senior Search Consultant at Connexus Recruit
Connexus Recruit supports a leading Irish publication and is seeking a creative and experienced Podcast Producer to lead its growing audio content.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a trusted name in journalism that serves a highly engaged audience.
What you’ll be doing:
* Produce and publish weekly and special-edition podcasts from concept to release
* Collaborate with in-house journalists and guest contributors to create engaging, high-quality episodes
* Record, edit, and sound design episodes to a professional standard
* Manage publishing workflows and platform distribution (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
* Use listener data and feedback to inform content decisions and grow audience reach
* Explore new formats and ideas to keep the content fresh and relevant
What we’re looking for:
* A proven track record of producing and editing podcast content (samples required)
* Strong storytelling instincts with attention to tone, flow, and detail
* Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Audition or similar
* Organized, self-driven, and confident in managing full production cycles
* A genuine interest in journalism and current affairs
