Key Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
* Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
* Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
* Handle guest concerns promptly and graciously
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role preferred
* Previous experience in bar service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a positive attitude
* High level of professionalism, grooming, and reliability
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
