Manufacturing Engineer Job
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and developing technology, systems, machines, attachments or components in the R&D department.
The ideal candidate will work closely with NPD teams to ensure that products meet design specifications by validation testing. This includes ensuring that reliability and durability targets are tested and validated through the development of tests and test facilities.
The Manufacturing Engineer will be provided with opportunities for progression and development within a successful engineering company. Key responsibilities include enhancing the development function between NPD design and machine performance, testing and developing new systems, and overseeing data recording on site or from customers' machines and specific applications.
* Analyzing data and creating reports documenting development and design improvements
* Overseeing all current and future compliance testing for TMFL Range
* Developing the test facilities within R&D to verify product durability and function
* Involved in technology development discussions for all aspects of TMFL product
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent background. A minimum of 5 years mechanical engineering experience is required, along with a thorough understanding of mobile equipment and engine, drivetrain, hydraulic and electrical components and systems related to mobile equipment.
A hands-on approach is essential, as this role will involve working between office, workshop, and field environments. Good communication skills are also necessary to interact with different facets of the business, customers, and suppliers.
