Part of the Dussmann Group of companies, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental practices, this leadership role is critical for our business.The OpportunityAs our nextElectrical Testing Supervisor, you will lead and perform testing and inspection of Low Voltage electrical installations on mission-critical pharma and data centre projects. You'll ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards, manage Lock Out-Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, and work closely with project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and certified electrical systems.What You'll DoLead Testing and Inspection - Perform and supervise testing of Low Voltage electrical installations, ensuring compliance with national electrical regulations and project specifications.Quality and Safety Oversight - Manage Lock Out-Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and Electrical Safe Systems of Work as an Appointed Person (AP) on site.Reporting and Documentation - Compile detailed defect reports, test records, 'As Built' Test Certificates, and update cable schedules and redlined drawings.Issue ResolutionIdentify and report non-conformances or hazards to Project Managers and QC leads, assisting in the close-out of project issues and investigations.Team Collaboration - Work closely with project teams to provide quality training support (e.g., glanding and terminating) and ensure safe, efficient testing activities..What We're Looking ForElectrical trade qualification with experience in Pharma, Data Centre or heavy industrial projectsKnowledge and experience of Low Voltage systems3+ years relevant experience in similar rolesDesirable but not EssentialQC QualifiedCompEx E01-06 qualified for ATEX environmentsLOTO trainedAuthorised Person trainedPrior experience on Data Centre or Pharmaceutical projectsWork experience in European countriesCompleted Instructor training courses (e.g: working at heights, manual handling or abrasive wheels)Why Join The STS Group?A dynamic, growing company in the construction & M&E industries.A supportive team where your skills will be valued and developed.Competitive salary.We are an Equal Opportunities Employer, we encourage people from all walks of life to apply.
