Service Advisor Trainee Position
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Volkswagen clients, overseeing service telephone and walk-in inquiries, identifying service needs, and explaining work done on vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Volkswagen customers requiring vehicle servicing or repair.
* Coordinate the flow of information between the workshop, other dealership areas, and the customer.
* Provide outstanding customer service consistently.
* Determine service requirements and diagnose vehicle issues when necessary.
* Foster understanding and agreement with the customer regarding the work to be performed.
Requirements:
* Presentation matters – a well-groomed appearance is essential in a corporate setting.
* Excellent oral & written communication skills are required.
* Strong organizational abilities are necessary.
* Able to accurately record all relevant details.
* Ability to suggest additional work or accessories.
* Able to absorb and understand technical data, then explain it to our clients as needed.
