Senior Project Manager Job Description
This role is designed for a highly skilled and experienced project manager who can lead complex construction projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of a scope of work, priorities & KPIs
2. Develop the Project Execution Plan
3. Understand your role in the execution of the project
4. Raise queries if needed
5. Prepare, review & recommend Design Team RFPs and appointments
6. Document, minute and track actions and outcomes from project meetings
7. Understand key design, value engineering, statutory consent processes etc. and support line management on such activities
8. Understand H&S obligations in design and construction and our role in same
9. Assist with the development of programmes and track performance against same
10. Assist with the development of a procurement strategy report where required and manage the process to ensure best value for the project
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
