This role is crucial to the success of The Wendy's Company by ensuring we have the best talent to support our growth initiatives.
It manages the full cycle recruitment process for Restaurant Support Center roles through strong partnerships with business leaders and HR Business Partners.
Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Business Partnership: Champions the company's hiring practices with Hiring Managers, leads intake meetings to understand role significance, and acts as a key advisor throughout the process. Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Reviews resumes, employs sourcing strategies including passive candidate engagement, conducts phone screens, and facilitates assessment processes. Candidate Experience & ATS Management: Ensures a positive candidate experience, manages requisitions in ATS (iCIMS), and maintains accurate candidate notes and categorization. Offer Management & Negotiation: Manages offers in partnership with HR and compensation teams, providing guidance and recommendations. Pipeline Cultivation: Builds and maintains candidate pipelines proactively for future needs, understanding broader business contexts. Continuous Improvement & Project Management: Keeps abreast of industry trends, engages with recruiting technologies, and supports process improvements and special projects. What we expect from you Bachelor's Degree, preferred 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience Ability to develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers Proactive problem solver and innovative thinker Effective communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Knowledge of employment legislation Experience in sourcing, social media, and talent marketing Wendy's, built on the premise "Quality is our Recipe," employs hundreds of thousands worldwide across more than 7,000 restaurants.

The base pay range for this position is listed below.
The actual offer will consider internal equity, candidate experience, and other factors.
This range does not include benefits, bonuses, or incentives.
The target annual bonus is 10% of the base salary, contingent on performance.
