The Role:
* Draft correspondence, agreements and research reports.
* Upskill in new areas of Law.
* Manage a transaction and general contract negotiation from start to finish with appropriate supervision.
The Candidate:
* Have experience of working effectively as part of a team and individually
* Have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients – have a good understanding of clients’ needs and an ability to meet their demands
* Be highly motivated and willing to take responsibility for work requirements and client needs
