The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with luxury leisure agents and golf tour operators, driving leisure and golf sales into the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Representing the resort at international leisure and golf events, establishing key relationships with agents, clients, and operators in the domestic and international market.
* Creating a tactical sales plan, including trade shows, sales calls, and other opportunities aligned with the business strategy.
* Hosting site visits and familiarization trips with the sales team.
* Ensuring all products are sold, and every opportunity for cross-selling is developed: food and beverage, spa, activities, and merchandise.
* Monitoring weekly sales leads and ensuring they are appropriately followed through.
* Attending internal sales meetings to update and report on performance levels and results.
