We are a busy, high-end Skin & Beauty Clinic looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients while managing a very busy reception area. This role requires someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering outstanding customer service and client care at all times
* Managing a busy front desk with professionalism and efficiency
* Using Phorest software to manage bookings, client records, and day-to-day operations
* Handling administrative duties including filing invoices, stock management, and placing supplier orders
* Managing inventory, website backend stock updates, and voucher systems
* Supporting the wider clinic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You:
* Previous reception experience in the skin, beauty, or aesthetics industry is essential
* Proficient in Phorest software
* Highly organised with excellent administrative and IT skills
* Strong communication skills with a warm, professional manner
* Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* A passion for the beauty and wellness industry
