Job Overview

The Commercial Channel Manager will lead a team of commercial specialists, responsible for customer management across various sectors.

* Managing team performance and providing constructive feedback.

Channel Strategy and Execution

* Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve commercial objectives.
* Analysis and reporting on sector performance to inform business decisions.

Customer Relationship Management

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
* Identifying and delivering new business opportunities within the hot beverage and foodservice sectors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Collaborating with marketing, category, and technical teams to enhance sector performance.
