1. Validate tender following award of project with Project Manager/Director
2. Assist in preparation of project CCS by analyzing tender and project requirements
You will work closely with other teams including Construction & Planning Teams. You will also need to ensure timely submission of claims/notices in accordance with provisions of contract,
1. Evaluate risks associated with material purchases scope or variation to budget
a nd draft pre- post-contract correspondence in consultation with the Project Manager/DirectorEducational Qualifications:, Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management or equivalent working towards chartership or professional Quantity Surveying Certification is desirable Additional experience includes Solid knowledge of Mechanical Systems Pharma/Semi conductor/knowledge complex mechanical packages required For this role please click below link - Careers page
