as a Financial Advisor, where you'll focus exclusively on engaging, advising, and onboarding new private clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with
qualified leads
from the firm's marketing channels.
* Conduct consultations to understand clients' financial goals and present suitable investment solutions.
* Deliver engaging presentations that demonstrate value and inspire confidence.
* Develop long-term client relationships, supported by dedicated portfolio and service teams.
* Concentrate on
client acquisition and relationship building
— admin support provided.
* Work closely with senior leadership and report directly to a
Company Director
.
About You:
* Proven record of
individual sales success
— ideally within investments, wealth management, or financial services.
* QFA or APA qualification
required.
* Minimum
3 years' experience
working with high-net-worth individuals.
* Strong commercial awareness and a passion for financial markets.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
* Energetic and proactive, with a natural ability to build trust and credibility.
* Excellent communicator who enjoys developing meaningful client relationships.
* High ethical standards and a client-first mindset.
