As Accommodation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness throughout our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department
* To participate in Departmental training
* To work as part of the Accommodation Team
* Cleaning of guest bedrooms and bathrooms to an excellent standards
* Cleaning of public areas to an excellent standard
* Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
* Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis
* Manage all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Making sure that all checklists are completed to an excellent standard
The ideal candidate for this position:
* Previous hotel cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferred
* Enjoy working as part of a team
* Always maintain a professional image through appearance
* Must be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills.
* Should also have the ability to work well under pressure.
