A full-time permanent position for a Senior Accountant in Practice is available in Killarney, County Kerry. We are looking to recruit a qualified CPA/ACA/ACCA accountant with 3 years + Practice experience. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and be responsible for client's Accounts. You will work closely with company Partners, Tax Manager and Administration Departments to deliver a client centred service to a well established practice. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working week option if required. Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for a diverse client portfolio. Provide strategic financial advice to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and liaise with tax authorities as necessary. Utilize accounting software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development. Stay informed on changes in accounting standards, tax legislation, and industry best practices. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and support. Requirements: Third level Degree CPA/ACCA/ACA Accounting Qualification. The suitable candidate will need to have experience in a practice environment.
