What will I be doing as an Assistant Manager at Applegreen?
1. Support the Site Manager in operating the business in accordance with the Applegreen Systems Manual.
2. Maintain excellent customer service standards.
3. Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
4. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to deliver brand standards.
5. Take responsibility for the site in the absence of the Site Director/Site Manager.
