Lead Cost Controller - Capital Projects - 12 Month Contract
About the Role
Lead Cost Controller position supporting our clients transformation project, working hybrid with 2 days a week onsite in Cork for a 12 month initial contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project budgets, cost forecasting and monthly/yearly rolling forecasts
* Implement Project Controls Plan for cost management and control
* Monitor, track and report cost performance, variances and risks
* Support commercial bid analysis and contract negotiations
* Liaise with finance on invoice validation and supplier management
* Maintain cost control registers and provide weekly updates to Project Manager
* Participate in project reviews and risk mitigation workshops
Essential Requirements
* Engineering/Business qualification
* 10+ years Capital Projects Cost Control experience in pharmaceutical facilities
* Knowledge of capital project agreements and work package implementation
* Strong communication and decision-making skills
* Contract administration experience
