Contracts & Global Engagements Coordinator Contract Type: 12-Month Contract Location: Little Island, Cork (Hybrid Working Model) Hourly Rate: €22.56 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Contracts & Global Engagement Coordinator to join our Enterprise Meeting Services team.
In this role, you'll support healthcare provider contracting, compliance, and reporting processes across multiple European markets, with a primary focus on the UK, Ireland, and Italy.

Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for contract queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution for both internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals.
Manage the full lifecycle of contracting processes in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and distribute daily operational dashboards, ensuring tasks are tracked and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Ensure all interactions comply with anti-corruption policies and contractual transparency requirements.
Support data capture and validation for transparency reporting, including handling corrections and stakeholder queries.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, compliance, and regional/global teams to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to global or regional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide meeting oversight and support, including payment processing, expense reimbursements, and documentation processing.
Requirements 3-4 years of customer-facing experience in a process-driven or compliance-oriented role.
Fluency in English and Italian is essential (both written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with systems such as Salesforce, SAP P2P, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with contracting systems and data management tools is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility to support multiple markets based on language capability and business need.
