Kildare Salary:Negotiable DOE Project: €70M+ Residential Development A leading Irish residential developer is seeking an experienced Foreman / Finishing Foreman to join their site team on a large-scale housing and apartment development in Newbridge, Co.
Kildare.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the coordination and finishing of residential units to the highest standard, ensuring programme targets, safety compliance, and workmanship quality are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for allocated phases of the project.
Oversee finishing trades to ensure top-quality standards are maintained across all units.
Work closely with the Site Manager, Engineers, and Design Team to achieve programme milestones.
Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to plans.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
Monitor quality, carry out snagging, and prepare units for handover.
Maintain site records, daily logs, and progress reports.
Requirements 5+ years experience in a Foreman or Finishing Foreman role on residential projects.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality housing or apartment schemes.
Strong technical knowledge of building processes, materials, and finishes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Trade background or relevant qualification in construction advantageous.
