ABOUT THE ROLE:
Take the lead on operational performance across multiple sites, working closely with O&M providers, landowners, and system operators
Ensure safety standards are exceeded through close collaboration with QHSE teams and on-the-ground partners
Track asset performance using advanced Asset Management Systems to drive uptime and operational excellence
Be the primary point of contact for grid operators, handling switching, outage planning, and fault resolution
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, service teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver on safety, performance, and financial KPIs
Support and mentor contractors and internal colleagues on best practices, safety protocols, and performance initiatives
ABOUT THE PERSON:
A background in engineering, asset operations, or renewables
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving improvement initiatives
Confidence working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
