About the role
We are seeking an ambitious and client focused Senior Client Manager to join our Value Delivery team and assist in driving client retention for Corlytics globally. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for working with large global clients to identify their business challenges and opportunities and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of Corlytics solutions. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be well experienced in successfully owning large accounts with complex clients and will be measured on successful retention and client satisfaction.
Reporting to the Head of Value Delivery and working with the whole team you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, be commercially minded, provide support, analysis and insight to these clients, present confidently to small and large groups; work both autonomously and collaboratively, are articulate, professional, and can travel both domestically and internationally. You will be responsible for developing senior client relationships that will result in successful retention and renewal of the accounts within your portfolio.
This role will require extensive cross-functional collaboration, strong influencing skills, and a strategic mindset. You will act as a voice of the customer internally and help us grow and shape our business inline with our client-centric objectives.
The core responsibilities of this pivotal role are:
Relationship Management
Develop and foster relationships with senior stakeholders on the client side.
Establish a trusted advisory relationship with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing relevant solutions.
Collaborate with clients to define and prioritize solution requirements, trouble shoot issues and be a pro‑active problem solver for our clients.
Be an expert user of the Corlytics solution so you can provide domain expertise and support to clients.
Leading our account retention focus, by identifying and driving the cross‑functional delivery required to achieve client value delivery.
Secure, negotiate and execute client renewal contracts.
Create and deliver client account plans ensuring actions are completed across key accounts.
Support our Sales teams in developing and delivering on account growth plans.
Supporting our clients with successful adoption of the Corlytics solution following implementation.
Overseeing and supporting large complex projects and liaising internally on client implementations acting as the voice of the customer.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations to project teams and executive audiences.
Run, participate and support on‑site and remote client workshops.
Internal collaboration and productivity
Document and communicate client priorities and pain points to internal teams.
Contribute to and update our CRM system to ensure a unified and clear internal view of client accounts.
Work internally to define, agree and manage timelines.
Manage moving priorities with the ability for excellent time management skills.
Experience & Qualifications
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in financial services and technology in a client facing role.
5+ years experience in working in a target driven team with an understanding of revenue implications.
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, and enterprise applications.
Strong analytical skills with the initiative and ambition to solve problems.
Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results
