The Head of Personal Lines will lead and expand the division. This role is for a dynamic and strategic individual who can drive performance delivery, customer success, and ensure regulatory compliance.

* This senior professional will be responsible for the delivery of CBI-regulated insurance services in an internationally delivered environment.
* A strong foundation in operational and leadership roles is required.
**Key Qualifications & Skills:**
* CIP or APA qualification with at least 3 years experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function CF1 or CF7 role.
