Senior BIM Coordinator
This role will be a Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office in Waterford, working at the forefront of digital construction, delivering cutting-edge BIM solutions across Europe. Our projects span data centres, pharmaceuticals, and large-scale residential developments, where we continuously push the boundaries of innovation in the AEC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead BIM coordination efforts using Revit and Navisworks to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Conduct clash detection and resolve issues efficiently across multidisciplinary teams.
* Develop and maintain EIRs (Exchange Information Requirements) and BEPs (BIM Execution Plans).
* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
* Stay informed on emerging BIM technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the AEC industry.
* Bachelors degree in architectural technology, Architecture, M&E Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to challenges.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience coordinating teams and managing project workflows.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience with 4 D BIM, VR, and point cloud scans.
* Certification or accreditation in BIM.
* Experience creating and managing complex Revit families.
* Knowledge of additional BIM software or tools.
