Catering Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee all catering and event inquiries, bookings, and logistics. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in hospitality and has excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage all catering orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate entry into our system and timely fulfilment.
* To coordinate with various teams including kitchen, dispatch, transport, key accounts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
* To assist in creating customized catering packages and menus based on client needs.
* To maintain strong relationships with existing catering clients and provide exceptional customer service post-event.
* To identify and support Sales Team in reaching out to potential new clients and generate sales leads.
* To track catering sales and identify opportunities for growth with Sales Team.
* To provide feedback based on customer preferences and market trends.
Candidate Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience within hospitality, hotels, events or corporate catering.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* An ability to provide exceptional hospitality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally order management software.
* Familiarity with invoicing.
