1. Food preparation & display
2. Provide excellent customer service at all times, assist customers with queries regarding Deli/Bakery products
3. Ensure safe food handling and full HACCP compliance

5. Day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the deli
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. Available to work between Mon & Sun from as early as 6.30am
2. 1+ years previous Deli or similar experience (advantageous)
3. HACCP training (desirable but not necessary)
4. Excellent customer service & communication skills
5. Organized & flexible with a 'Can Do' attitude
6. Ability to work as part of a team
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Passion for food
9. Barista training (desirable but not necessary)
