We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Sales Representative for a leading educational publisher in Ireland.
This exciting role involves promoting a highly successful range of print, digital, and e-learning resources to primary and post-primary schools nationwide.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, proven sales ability, and the energy and resilience to manage a busy schedule of school visits and the daily delivery of book samples.
About the role Manage relationships with key schools in your territory, acting as the primary point of contact.
Promote and present products to educators and school decision-makers, securing orders.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets while actively growing product market share.
Participate in product launches and promotional conferences as required.
Organise, manage, and deliver products, including lifting and transporting books to schools and teachers.
About you A working knowledge of and understanding of the Primary school sector in Ireland A proven track record in sales with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills Energy, drive and ambition, with the ability to handle challenges and drive to succeed Knowledge of technology and ICT including the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Comfortable with presenting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other virtual platforms The ability to work as an individual and as part of a highly successful team Full driving licence
