A well-established membership organisation is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead for a 6-month contract, with a strong view to a permanent role. This is a newly created position based in the IFSC, Dublin, offering an opportunity to shape and elevate brand, marketing, and member engagement activity across a leading professional body.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services and Marketing, the Brand Marketing Lead will drive brand visibility, deliver integrated marketing campaigns, and enhance engagement across education programmes, CPD, apprenticeships, member services, and events.
This is a hands‑on and strategic role requiring strong campaign delivery, content creation, stakeholder management, and data‑led decision‑making.
Main Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Leadership
Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and identity.
Develop messaging frameworks across key programmes and services.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise using insights.
Content & Communications
Create engaging content for digital, social, email, web, and print.
Promote member stories, programme impact, and organisational activity.
Maintain consistent tone and high‑quality output across channels.
Insights & Performance
Gather and analyse member and student insights.
Use data and analytics to improve campaigns and engagement.
Track KPIs and produce performance reports.
Events & Engagement
Support and enhance brand presence across events and member activities.
Contribute to planning and promotion of key events.
Ensure a strong and consistent member experience.
Work closely with internal teams on shared campaigns and initiatives.
Manage external suppliers and stakeholders where required.
Coordinate priorities, workflows, and deadlines across projects.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
5+ years’ experience in brand, marketing, or communications.
Strong track record in delivering integrated campaigns.
Excellent digital, content creation, and copywriting skills.
Strong project and stakeholder management experience.
Experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑focused.
Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
Degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience in a membership organisation, education, or professional services environment.
