They will embed themselves into the customer environment to establish new processes, create capacity baselines, drive operational excellence, and proactively identify, quantify, and report improvement opportunities. Working under the guidance of Arvato's Head of Service Delivery, the SDM will leverage LEAN tools, structured problem‑solving, and strong communication practices to deliver measurable impact. The role also collaborates closely with the Carrier Transport Manager, Order Admin team, Finance, and internal operational stakeholdersYour TasksEmbed onsite 3 days per week to lead daytoday client engagement, act as an extension of the client team, manage escalations, and ensure transparency, pace, and alignment.Establish and document new operational processes, workflows, capacity baselines, and standards while ensuring strong change management and stakeholder adoption.Identify, quantify, and report improvement opportunities using Lean tools, structured analysis, and datadriven decision-making, showcasing value delivered.Collaborate with the Carrier Transport Manager to ensure accurate transport bookings, track performance trends, and support evolving needs including expansion into the MEA region.Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly reporting, highlighting operational trends, root causes, and progress on continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with Finance to support invoicing accuracy, profitability analysis, and inputs for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).Work cross-functionally with the Order Admin team on inbound shipments, SOX compliance, outbound flows, returns, and alignment with operational prioritiesCoordinate with the Head of Service Delivery to ensure governance, access to internal experts, and consistency with Arvato's best practices across accounts.OtherBased on your current job role, or any role assigned to you by your manager, you will have access to the Arvato and the customer data that is relevant for the completion of your role.
