Administration Officer (Grade III) - Adult and Children's Supports Services
Part-Time - 20 hours per week
Contract - Permanent
Location: Newbridge, Co. Kildare
HSE Clerical Officer Salary Scale - Point 1 to Max Point 19 (pro rata for a 20 hour contract )
The Clerical Officer will work as part of the Administration Team within Adult and Children's Supports Services. The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support across a wide variety of areas to include but are not limited to Housing, Time Management System, Rostering System, NASS and assist with processing payroll for staff across Adult and Children's Supports Services.
Requirements:
* A recognised and relevant secretarial/administration qualification.
* A minimum of 3 years working in an administrative role.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
* Must have knowledge and experience of IT/Database systems.
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to organise workload and work on your own initiative.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects and set priorities.
* Attend meetings and minute taking.
* Good understanding of GDPR and emphasis on confidentiality.
* Experience working in the healthcare/disability sector or using a client information database system would be beneficial.
