Abbey Blue Group is growing, and we're now hiring a confident, front-facing Content Creator & Media Host to become one of the main on-camera faces of our brand. This is a daily on-camera role.If you are not comfortable being on camera every working day, this role will not be the right fit.⸻ The RoleYou will be:• Appearing on camera every working day• Creating daily short-form videos• Hosting a weekly podcast (20–60 minutes)• Representing Abbey Blue Group across YouTube, TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms as we see fitThis is not a behind-the-scenes marketing role.You will be seen, recognised, and publicly associated with the Abbey Blue brand.⸻ Working With & Reporting To• You'll work closely with our marketing team and sales team• You'll report directly to our Commercial Manager• You'll also work closely with the Managing Director on content direction and brand toneYou'll be trusted to manage this role independently.⸻ Key Responsibilities• Be a primary on-camera presenter for Abbey Blue Group• Create daily content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Meta• Host a weekly podcast with team members, clients (with consent), partners and visitors• Film interviews and conversations in our Wexford office• Plan, film, edit (or manage editing) and publish content• Manage posting schedules across platforms• Maintain a professional, approachable and trustworthy on-camera presence⸻ 30-Day Content Challenge (Part of Probation)As part of probation, you'll complete a 30-day content challenge, including:• Daily short-form video output• One weekly podcast episode• Demonstrating confidence, consistency and self-management⸻ Mandatory 60-Second Video SubmissionAll applicants must submit a 60-second video:• Introduce yourself• Speak naturally to camera• Explain why you're comfortable being on camera daily Applications without a video submission will not be considered.⸻ Hours, Pay & Progression• 32 hours per week• €14.20 per hour• 6-month probation• Pay increase and progression reviewed after probation⸻ Language Requirement• English does not need to be your first language• Fluent spoken English is essential⸻ This Role Is NOT For You If:• You're uncomfortable on camera• You want a behind-the-scenes role• You want to appear on video "occasionally"We would rather hear from fewer, confident applicants than many unsuitable ones.⸻ How to ApplyPlease send:• Your CV• Links to any on-camera content• Your mandatory 60-second video submission
